JR48367 Senior PWF Engineer

As a Senior PWF Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing PWF processes, tools and systems to achieve quality goal of HBM products. Therefore, you need to improve yield continuously, resolving process/product deviations in short turnaround time, and handling changes (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration). Furthermore, you are also accountable to support production, identify operational opportunities (Quality, Efficiency, Cycle time, Delivery / Cost improvement) and lead/participate in projects to realize the potential opportunities through innovative solutions.

Specific Responsibilities:

• As a technical expert to optimize PWF process performance in HBM technology.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to deliver results matching business schedule.
• Resolve complex engineering issues with logic thinking and hypothesis.
• Characterize process window with great engineering work and data analysis.
• Generate internal and external documentation for presentations and technical reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Have Semiconductor process and material expertise in advanced package technology. Prefer hands-on experience at multiple workstations (ex. Dry/wet etch, lithography, electroplating, wafer bond/de-bond, PVD, CVD, CMP, wafer thinning, and so on.).
• Demonstrated technical problem-solving skills.
• Good project management and execution.
• Excellent soft skills in cross-functional collaboration
• Familiar with JMP data analysis and DOE matrix design
• Must be flexible in accommodating changing priorities and working hours to support business needs.

Education and Job experience

• MS with an engineering major. Ph.D is preferred.
• 3-5 year or above experience of semiconductor manufacturing processes. Experience of multiple workstations is preferred.
• Fluent communication in both English and Chinese
