We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Strategic Relationship Manager to join our outstanding team in São Paulo, Brazil. As part of Swift, you will be working with a world-class team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to drive engagement with Global Complementors and play a crucial part in growing our platform strategy.

What to expect

In this role, you will:

  • Grow relationships and expand strategic opportunities with existing partnerships, leading and nurturing established relationships to enable our partners’ success.
  • Represent Swift and promote the company’s portfolio by participating in workshops, business forums, and conferences.
  • Acquire, capture, and document partner product and services portfolio capabilities.
  • Provide regular market and partner feedback to Product, Strategy, and commercial teams.
  • Coordinate partner relationship activities, including regular reviews, to ensure effective engagement on forward-looking plans and delivery on committed objectives.
  • Be familiar with key modern IT technologies and markets, partners' key capabilities, and their relevance to accelerating Swift innovation and agility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement partnerships and drive internal process improvements for partner enablement.
  • Bring to bear industry experience to identify and quantify opportunities, risks, and needs in order to acquire and lead new strategic platform partnerships.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with a broad range of constituents, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal, as well as external partner executives.

We are seeking professionals with:

  • A university degree.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of Swift services and/or payments, and emerging products and services in the domain.
  • Analytical ability to drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Effective executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership, both externally and internally.
  • Awareness of API-based services and associated technologies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Innovative, open-minded, curious, and willing to continuously update relevant technology skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to implement a methodology measuring critical metrics for success.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment as part of a multicultural team.
  • Bilingual English/Portuguese required

Preferred qualifications:

  • Equivalent experience or additional certifications, such as an MBA.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and multitasking with excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent collaborator with the ability to facilitate alignment among diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated capability in effectively implementing central initiatives and facilitating process changes.

The salary range for this position is from 257,600 BRL to 478,400 BRL. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance.
