The Role

By working collaboratively with various teams within People & Culture team, the People & Culture Analyst will provide technical expertise to assist with the development, implementation & continuous improvement of People and Culture technologies, processes, systems and reporting.

By working collaboratively with various teams within People & Culture group. You will be the driving force behind successful HRIS (Workday) adoption and provide strategic insights by analysing people data, creating reports, and developing dashboards to support data-driven decisions and align metrics with organisational goals.

The successful candidate will:

  • Collaborate with our Business Partners and Leaders to drive and promote Workday adoption for human capital management across Saab
  • Provide technical support and guidance to P&C Business Partners, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Work with the Head of Strategic People Programs to design P&C performance dashboards for executive adoption
  • Design and develop reporting dashboards using multiple system inputs and automated data gathering tools for reliable and consistent reporting outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of people data to identify trends, correlations, and areas for improvement.
  • Understand and document business requirements by conducting thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices for People data management and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of data. Supporting compliance with data privacy regulations

About you

  • Experience in HR data management, and systems administration
  • Experience with Workday desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience with HRIS & Payroll systems administration and advanced reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) desirable.
  • Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders of levels.
  • Passion to enhance the user experience for team members.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR operations, HRIS or project management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and engage with cross functional stakeholders
