We have big plans, and we’d love you to be part of it. Right now we’re looking for a Motion Designer who will be responsible for delivering effective and eye-catching performance marketing assets for all our regions. You’ll be joining our lovely Brand Experience team based in either Athens, Helsinki, Nicosia, or Prague.

Think of us as Wolt’s in-house creative agency. Our job is to make sure the brand is well taken care of across the entire Wolt universe. Whatever we do, it must always look, sound and feel like Wolt.

We’re a team of problem solvers, designers, photographers, wordsmiths and blue reindeer herders – working closely with every business unit to create all sorts of brand and marketing assets. We’re a bit like air-traffic control, putting everyone on the right path through careful brand management and creative direction. Without it the brand would be lost. And Yuho the reindeer would be sad.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will have a direct impact on our brand strategy by your ownership and contribution to our visual dynamics.

• You will ideate, create, and deliver on-brand and eye-catching assets and campaigns that will be used for all our Markets.
• You will define and develop campaign ideas with your colleagues and produce assets according to the brief.
• You will work closely with in-house creatives, the growth team, and external creative agencies to create video assets for various needs and marketing channels.
• You will work on requests coming from the growth team and the central marketing team for woltwide digital campaigns and seasonal events.
• You will participate in design and marketing meetings, brainstorming sessions, reviews, workshops, and other design practices.
• You will localize, resize, and iterate the creatives to achieve the best possible results.
• You will create Celta and Modeck templates that cover the needs of the business.
• You will iterate creative assets according to performance insights and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficient experience in motion design.
• Solid skills in Adobe CC (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Knowledge of JavaScript in After Effects and the ability to set up projects efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of Celtra and similar automation tools is a plus.
• Solid motion & video design background.
• Knowledge of basic design composition, layout principles, and rules of animation.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience of video production, from kick-off and project setup to feedback cycle and delivery.
• You have a comprehensive visual portfolio including work examples for advertising.
• Commercial awareness, interest in current design, and social media trends.
• Curiosity for the latest technologies applicable to video.
• Ability to work independently - identifying innovative solutions, requiring little guidance.
• Good time-management skills. You are organized and know how to allocate your time efficiently.
• You have good communication skills and are comfortable and fluent in using English as your main language.
• Background in storytelling is a plus.
• Creativity, proactivity, tons of initiatives.
• Ownership—you enjoy having responsibility and are able to ensure that the deliverables are in line with the briefing and the business needs.
• You complete day-to-day tasks without instruction.
• You are happy to learn new things and challenge yourself.
