About the job

As a Field Sales Engineer, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies for our olive oil equipment division, provide expert technical support to customers and build strong relationships within the industry, conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and buying behavior.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the business division.
  • Market Engagement: Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish strong connections with customers through regular visits, meetings, and personalized communication.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical and commercial support to agents and customers.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and track sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with colleagues and partners to identify and resolve complex project challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the agro-industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of olive oil production processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • A passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
