You will:

• Take ownership and lead design projects of ambiguous scope from end to end, partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists.
• Deliver flow diagrams, interaction design patterns, design specs, wireframes, information architecture, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design.
• Align on design principles with the whole UX design team and mentor junior designers.

You are:

• A creator: You innovative solutions aligned with user research, data, and industry trends to address user challenges effectively.
• A skilled communicator: You excel in written and verbal communication. You can manage the project expectations of diverse stakeholders and align on win-win solutions.
• Managing time effectively: You can manage multiple projects happening simultaneously.

You have:

• BS or MS from top universities (211/985) or equivalent abroad, specializing in Product Design or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX for mobile Apps
• Experience working with technical teams in a cross-functional role
• Fluent communication and presentation in Mandarin and English
• Experience leading a team is a plus
• Well-versed designing in Figma is a plus
• North-America user product design experience is a plus
• Experience in user research, A/B testing, and turning feedback into actionable insights is a plus
