Your role at Clorox:

The Senior Analyst serves as the liaison for external manufacturers to support the Clorox Supply Chain Organization (SC) for Procurement to Delivery of Finished Goods

In this role, you will:

The Senior Analyst supports the External Manufacturing organization and Clorox External Operation Managers (EOM) with SAP transactional support, process expertise, training, reporting, process improvements and system or performance driven incident investigation and resolution. The role is responsible for working with our outsourced partners and internal customers to perform Canada External Manufacturers related transactions In SAP S/4HANA such as Finished Good Sub-Contracted PO’s, PO receipts, material PO’s, confirmation of receipts thru Fiori platform, in addition to any transaction in Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) tool, related External Manufacturers that are handled manually. Support production plans and participate in weekly/monthly Triangle calls. The Senior Analyst supports the External Manufacturing organization and Clorox External Operation Managers (EOM) with SAP transactional support, process expertise, training, reporting, process improvements and system or performance driven incident investigation and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a SAP technical knowledge authority resource for troubleshooting and problem resolution, operational support, and analytical problem solving.
  • Monitor Subcontract Cockpit.
  • Monitor R/P/W Inventory.
  • Place R/P/W Pos- wave 1.
  • Place EM FG Pos.
  • Support EOMs to Review and correct Loss Allowance in SAP.
  • Ariba training for EM initial and ongoing+ Acquiring Ariba Access for EM’s.
  • Develop annual refresher training for EM’s and Upload and maintain training documentation in SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with EOMs, SME’s, and process owners to develop, document, and maintain current procedures for all External Manufacturing specific activities
  • Single Point of Contact for External Manufacturing related system process questions.
  • Update and maintain External Manufacturing lists, libraries, InfoPath forms, and calendars in SharePoint and other supportive databases
  • Provide process leadership and support in areas such as best practices, data integrity, and system performance.
  • Support external manufacturer initiatives/Projects across GEMS with primary focus on process improvements. Lead GEMS process improvement projects.
  • Advice and mentor other cross functional business partners to maintain process sustainability.
  • Act as a process champion of the new EM start up process.

What we look for:

  • High proficiency with computer systems and software to include experience in using SAP or similar ERP applications (preferred)
  • Power BI knowledge or experience preferred: ability to create and/or maintain PBI data and reporting
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Possess the ability to present in front of small groups and provide training in a public environment
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal/written communication, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Deep knowledge of operational topics and challenges, enterprise goals and culture management
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience in business, logistics, inventory management or related field.

Workplace type:

Hybrid -3 Days a week in the Alpharetta, GA office and 2 days a week at home.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $62,500 - $111,300

–Zone B: $57,300 - $102,000

–Zone C: $52,100 - $92,700

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
