IPD Colombo team is the offshore unit of IPD Australia and currently consists of over 200 professionals collaborating with over 400 team members across Australia in a dynamic and innovative environment to achieve high quality results.
We're seeking a young and energetic team member for our Customer Service department, primarily focused on promptly addressing customer inquiries and orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proficiently handle sales orders and returns promptly and with precision.
• Address inquiries and generate quotes based on customized client needs.
• Collaborate with Australian counterparts to communicate estimated arrival times for processed orders.
• Expertly converse with Australian Clientele, adeptly navigating language, and cultural nuances for fruitful interactions.
• Serve as a valuable support resource for various departments.
• Thoroughly investigate and resolve any issues that may arise during daily operations, delivering effective and efficient solutions.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of working experience in BPO/Customer Service/Operations

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good knowledge of Electrical/Industrial products would be an added advantage.

Willing to work according to the Australian calendar and Australian working hours.
