Job Summary

Keyrus is looking for a Service Support Analyst Cornerstone (BA). This position requires a blend of project management, technical, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in system implementation, configuration, and testing.
• Develop testing strategies and support data migration.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Contribute to post-go-live planning.
• Manage support tickets and requests at various levels (L1, L2, L3).
• Provide technical support and incident resolution.
• Maintain system configurations and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain support documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with the Cornerstone platform.
• Proven experience in business analysis, service support, or HRIS implementation.
• Strong technical skills, including HRIS systems, data migration, and testing.
• Problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal.
• Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon.
