Your Role on Our Team:

As an Associate Finance Data Analyst, you will support the management and administration of sales incentive compensation at Milwaukee Tool. This role will work closely with the sales leaders to support the growth of the sales field and the evolution of compensation plans.

This role will work directly with Finance, Sales, and HR leadership to manage and improve the sales compensation process.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Own monthly processes supporting account lists management, new accounts, personnel changes, and data validations.
  • Support sales compensation processes and interact regularly with Finance, Sales, HR, and IT leadership to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales incentive program.
  • Identify and respond actively, and with sensitivity, to the needs of all internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Be an integral part of the Oracle EDM implementation.
  • Support projects with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, while working to automate and streamline processes.
  • Identify and drive process and system enhancements and actively participate in process improvement projects.
  • Effectively engage all levels of the organization through written and oral communication.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes, and models to provide meaningful information to internal customers.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Analysis, Human Resources, or related field; MBA a plus
  • One to two years of cumulative work experience
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a track record of driving process improvements and automation.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel knowledge
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
