Our Fortune 100 Financial Services client is seeking a Supplier Enablement Spend Analytics (SESA) Analyst to serve a team that supports the client’s virtual card customer sales and current program optimization cycles by leveraging industry standard tools to analyze supplier files and generate reports and presentations. You will work closely with the bank sales team, Client Executives, and customers to provide insights and recommendations on supplier enablement strategies and opportunities. You will also communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of card optimization campaigns.

What you’ll do:

  • Obtain and ensure customer accounts payable (AP) files are on the client template and that all required data is included. Resolve any anomalies with the customer through the Bank Sales team or Client Managers.
  • Upload supplier files to Supplier Enablement Spend Analytics (SESA) for net new sales; work with the SE team to develop a segmentation workbook for current customers and when net new business is won.
  • Using the tools (SESA and Segmentation) conduct analysis to develop and recommend supplier payment strategies to the client’s customers.
  • Manage week-to-week communication with clients on supplier enablement campaigns.
  • Support the bank as needed to consult clients on supplier enablement strategies and supplier segmentation based on internal analysis.
  • Communicate with bank internal stakeholders on client success metrics.
  • Support outreach and dialogue with customers related to building payment strategies for key targeted suppliers as necessary.
  • Continually increase knowledge and understanding of client suppliers and commodities that accept commercial cards.
  • Engage and coordinate with relevant bank and resources as needed to support the client.
  • Become a supplier enablement subject matter expert to support bank peers and clients when bank employees are not available.

Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of work experience including 1-2 years in supplier enablement; client facing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable file review, analysis, and submission to analytical tools to conduct card optimization analysis.
  • Client-facing skills, experience, and responsibilities to prepare materials and present analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Technically savvy, with superior PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Able to prepare materials for internal or client presentations.
  • Located in the United States, able to support during North American time zone working hours.
  • B2B sales experience (preferred).

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The pay range for this role is $30 - $33 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
