What You Will Do:

• Edit, format, and write content as well as technical documentation.

• Maintains information systems documentation to include telecommunications programming, operations documentation, policies and standard procedures.

• Create and updates all divisional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security policies.

• Exercise quality control over confidential documents and SharePoint sites.

• Determine program requirements, prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and provide recommendations for improving reporting methods.

• Work directly with the Client to ensure customer service tickets are being evaluated, serviced and closed in a timely manner.

• Work directly with customers to gather further information regarding service tickets, satisfaction with team responsiveness and available to answer any questions or concerns they may have.

• Work with PM to assist with planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systems.
