Quality System Manager/Engineer

• Highlight the main responsibilities
• Responsible to coordinate the creation and the maintenance of the Quality System with regards IATF 16949 requirements
• Organise Quality System Audits in accordance with the Audit schedule
• Ensure readiness to IATF 16949 (re-) certification audits and accordingly perform adequate pre-audits
• Perform any other internal audits (Process audits – Project audits…) allowing to detect and highlight discrepancies vs. the standard
• Prepare the Quality System Management review – providing deployment status to the management staff
• Audit the V5000 Self-assessment for Total Quality axe
• Train people on process audit and certify them as assistant PQA auditors and train internal IATF auditors.
• Ensure Internal Procedure/Policy are in line with Customer and Automotive industry requirement
• Monitor conformance by audit, as Management representative
• Perform Quality reporting (Reliability, coherence, transparency)
