Senior Unreal Developer

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in game development, with significant experience using Unreal Engine.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprint scripting within Unreal Engine.
• Solid understanding of game design principles and development processes.
• Proven experience in performance profiling, optimization, and debugging.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).

Main task pool:

• Develop and implement key game systems and features using Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure technical solutions align with creative and gameplay goals.
• Optimize game performance through profiling, debugging, and testing.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Stay current with Unreal Engine advancements and industry trends, integrating new technologies and techniques as appropriate.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with project managers and leads to ensure timely delivery of features and milestones.
• Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with other game engines (e.g., Unity).

• Experience in multiplayer game development.

• Familiarity with cloud computing and online services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Published titles demonstrating technical prowess and creativity.

• Understanding of mobile and console game development.

• Advanced mathematics or physics knowledge applicable to game development.
