HRSS Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of HR related issues
• Taking ownership and handling various processes related to all stages of the employee lifecycle
• Provides problem resolution for standard, non-standard and/or complex HR related issues
• Brings the processes together and able to delegate these to the team when needed
• Works on problems of large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
• Participating and managing projects, come up with new ideas
• Builds productive internal / external working relationships
• Keeps contact and coordinates with local and global stakeholders
• Mentoring and providing advice to Junior Team Members

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 3-4 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Economics specialization
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Basic understanding of the Hungarian labour law
• Strong MS Excel skills and data analysis knowledge
• Experience with coordinating tasks within a team is an advantage
• Some experience with managing projects is a plus
• Experience in payroll preparation is an advantage
• Strategical thinking, ownership attitude, generalist view, process approach, and a creative mindset
