Spare Part Sales Engineer

Job Description

1. Organize, collect and analyze customer information and demands

2. Develop and manage customer relations by communication and customer visits

3. Coordinate technical support to customers

4. Receiving inquiry from customer and provide the necessary quotations after technical clarification

5. Receive the written order from customer and execute the internal procedure to ensure a timely delivery

6. Follow up of the order progress and communicate with customers about any variations or delays

7. Inform spare parts sales manager about any additional business opportunities

Education

College degree with engineering background (electrical, automation, mechanical etc)

Experience

At least 3 years working experience in mechanical /chemical manufacturing industry with commercial experience is an advantage

Critical knowledge and Skills

• Ability of listening, reading, writing, speaking English
• Be familiar with MS Office
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience of ERP
