NOTE: The position is available from January 1st 2025.

About the job :

  • Supporting current ICS Team with implementation and management of company’s global Internal Controls System (ICS) in assigned area of responsibility
  • Reporting and testing of internal controls operational effectiveness (ICS Quality Assurance)
  • Monitoring ICS performance and facilitating implementation of remediation activities to enhance internal controls performance
  • Driving risk assessments of financial processes, identifying existing risks and current mitigation activities
  • Implementation of ICS controls to ensure proper risk response for identified risks
  • Partnering in active collaboration and communication with ICS Stakeholders (Group CFO, Finance & Audit Committee, Group Accounting, Corporate Tax, Global Process Owners, Internal Audit, Finance Operations, external auditors)
  • Maintaining process specific risk-control matrix (e.g., control design, scope)
  • Promoting ICS know-how and risk-aware mindset across the organization, acting as point of contact on ICS matters for internal/external stakeholders

About you:

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree/Education, preferably in Accounting, Controlling, Finance or Auditing
  • Minimum 1 year (for Analyst) or minimum 3 years (for Expert) of professional experience in similar role with international exposure in a complex organization (Big 4, internal audit or equivalent a plus)
  • Basic (for Analyst) or strong (for Expert) knowledge and understanding within accounting, auditing, internal controls, financial compliance, risk assessments
  • Technical skills: proficiency in controls framework requirements and implementation approaches (e.g., COSO), SAP and SAP authorizations knowledge will be a plus
  • Technical knowledge about MS SharePoint Teams site management a plus
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization, navigate in a complex company with high exposure to senior management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills (professional skepticism), project management experience will be a plus
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
  • Team orientation, strong interpersonal skills and strong personal impact
