What We’re Looking For:

We are searching for an experienced Planning Administrator in the Los Angeles, CA area who who can play a critical role in managing the comprehensive on-time preparation and release of jobs for production. Engineering and MRP experience is ideal with a background in the Aerospace Industry being desirable. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare all Alarin production information from the formulation of the job to the revision of manufacturing steps after completion. By following established processes, you will help us maintain the highest level customer service by ensuring jobs and materials are released in accordance with manufacturing schedules.

It is crucial that you are proficient in managing material availability, material allocation, stock job creation, order allocation, job layout, job release, and information control for part documents such as drawings and specs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide detailed and accurate material reports will be highly appreciated.

You have 1-5 years of experience in a Planning Administrator role. This is a 9-5 shift Monday to Friday.

Pay Rate, depending on experience is: $25- $30per hour and is eligible for Overtime

Requirements

What success looks like:

• You will be responsible for monitoring material levels and lead times to ensure timely procurement, thereby maintaining optimal stocking levels and fulfilling orders efficiently.
• You will plan stock jobs to fulfill orders to accurately fulfill customer requirements for successful production.
• You will be accountable for all jobs having the correct and adequate material assigned to them for on-time release.
• You will ensure smooth operations by releasing the correct jobs according to manufacturing schedule.
• You will work in E2 to ensure jobs are closed out accordingly, and resolve uncompleted requirements.
• You will maintain part drawings and specifications, ensuring new revisions and updates, and reflect changes in E2.
• You are responsible to accurately enter and cross check all part revisions or updates.
• You are responsible for updating part numbers or redline or revision changes discovered during manufacturing plans.
• Your commitment to safety procedures and regulations is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment.
• You will comprehensively draft and prepare FAI reports to support required FAI inspections
• If you have previous experience with the Aerospace industry, it will be considered a valuable asset.
• You should be comfortable working in a noisy and active industrial environment.
