Technical Compliance Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Technical Compliance Manager to join our growing Compliance team. You will have the opportunity to supervise projects across the multi-jurisdictional compliance sphere to ensure ongoing compliance with gaming legislation, rules and regulatory requirements.

You will have day to day responsibility for:

• Analyse and interpret technical legislation, rules and requirements for new and existing jurisdictions where the business may operate.
• Prepare and maintain internal compliance documentation and compliance monitoring frameworks across different jurisdictions, as needed.
• Identify, log and monitor technical requirements and risks in various jurisdictions, and provide support and recommendations to the business to address these.
• Convey technical requirements to teams involved in the development and certification process.
• Assess the impact and support the implementation of technical solutions.
• Keep updated on relevant gaming legislation and compliance changes and advise on any potential impact and develop action plans as required.
• Create and implement project management plans for various projects, track compliance projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Optimise compliance processes through adequate process flows and continuous improvement.
• Manage or support audits, certifications, ISO and other technical projects as needed by the business.
• Facilitate business improvements based on audits, internal reviews and best practices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the certification process with external testing houses and regulatory bodies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage or support internal compliance monitoring and audits as required.
• Manage a junior team member currently in post.
• Support our Head of Compliance with any technical compliance related matters that may arise, be hands on and willing to assist.
• Promote a compliance culture within the business.
• Plus any other tasks required by the company.

You will work closely with:

You will report to our Head of Compliance. You will have one direct report, and depending on the project you are managing, you will collaborate across business units and with external testing houses.

Requirements

You must have:

• An appropriate degree in IT, compliance, or legal fields.
• +3 years in a technical compliance related role,
• Experience working in a development or igaming environment.
• Experience in analysing, interpreting and implementing technical legislation.
• Experience with audits, information security and risk management is a bonus.
• Experience in project management.
