Reporting and Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Reporting and Onboarding Specialist to join our small but mighty team.

You will have day to day responsibility for:

• Leading casino market research and lead generation processes
• Undertaking competitor research, and presenting findings
• Researching industry trends
• Providing bespoke reports upon request
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration processes for new clients
• Assist in onboarding new clients, providing guidance and support to bridge the gap between Sales, Integration and Account Management Teams.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.

You will work closely with:

Our Legal Team

Our Sales and Account management team
Our Integration Team

This role will be line managed by our Head of Sales

Requirements

About you - you will need:

• At least one year experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry
• Fluent in English (at least C1 if not a native speaker)
• A good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills
• A basic understanding of Jira or similar system
