The Marketing Associate role supports a new function within the company and assists the Director of Marketing in executing various tasks within the marketing team, including social media, paid acquisition, CRM, event management, and website management. The successful applicant will be instrumental in helping build the foundations of the marketing channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, X, and Google PPC.
  • Assist in managing the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement / Pardot.
  • Support the marketing team in creating compelling content for blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct or support market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Assist with building compelling marketing materials with internal graphic designer and 3rd party agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Hands-on experience with Google PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Digital Marketing Agency experience is a plus.
