As a Content Marketer at Relm Insurance, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances our brand presence, engages our target audience, and drives business growth. Reporting to The Director of Marketing, you will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create high quality, impactful content that aligns with our company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with Relm Insurance’s business objectives and brand voice.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience needs, preferences, and trends within the specialty insurance industry.
  • Define content goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for measuring success.

2. Content Creation and Management:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and create informative and valuable content for our audience.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
  • Create and maintain competitive content in partnership with Competitive Marketing and support the infusion of competitive differentiation into all content

3. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure content aligns with company initiatives and supports lead generation and customer retention efforts
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to outsource content production when necessary, ensuring quality and consistency.

4. SEO and Analytics:

  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

5. Brand Consistency and Compliance:

  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring content meets legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing within the insurance or financial services
  • industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google
  • Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative
  • content ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
