If you're a Bookkeeper, you're in luck!

We need someone experienced, accurate, fast, committed, and capable to work with our US-based client. We need someone with remarkable communication and critical thinking skills. You will be reporting directly under the US-based company and can learn more about accounting/bookkeeping (and get to learn something about their culture too!).
In some cases, you might get the chance to visit and train with your client company abroad! R

Responsibilities Daily & Weekly:
• Process A/P Invoices Daily
• Verify with Accounting Team that all new Vendors are correctly Setup
• Contact Vendors for Missing Invoices
• Responsible for reaching out to Accounting Team for missing item codes
• Reconcile Statements
• Import Payroll

Weekly & Bi-Weekly
• Approve Sales In Accounting Software
• Credit Card Allocation of Expenses Monthly
• Cash & Credit Card Reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations Annually
• Assist with 1099 Compiling & Reporting

Essential Skills / Attributes:

SAGE, Excel
