**Job Profile Summary

Performs and assists in development of enterprise-level risk management and operational compliance functions. Assists in establishing and maintaining risk policies and programs to ensure organizational compliance. Reviews and sets business, operational, and credit risk criteria across the range of segments and products. Ensures performance tracking and evaluation. Responsible for data gathering or manipulation, report creation, system or process creation and implementation. Mitigation can be defined as adapting and enforcing sound credit card policy criteria, maintaining adherence to all operating regulations and strategies published by the card brands and other legal/ regulatory bodies, training and engaging team members and leaders and developing strong data delivery and reporting in support of all contractual obligations.

  • Interpret guidelines/policies/procedures to provide a second line of defense (critical challenge) on items related to Business Continuity Management
  • Assist with the Business Resiliency Governance program implementation goals
  • Support new acquisition and implementation to BRG program
  • Participate in the review of BRG standard changes (new/existing) for improvements
  • Able to create and deliver scenario-based exercises and oversee technology exercises to ensure every aspect of resiliency and disaster recovery capabilities are suitable
  • Responsible for identification of risks, tracking of remediation through closure, and escalating issues as needed
  • Oversee the creation of disaster recovery/technical resiliency plans to include key recovery strategies
  • Use Archer, the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool, to assist business units across the organization with identification, evaluation, and management of risks and documentation of business resiliency activities in accordance with internal policies
  • Coordinate and deliver incident management, business continuity/disaster recovery, exercise, and issue training and awareness
  • Monitor the Corporate Incident Management inbox and track weather events, incidents, and crises that may impact the Global Payments
  • Supports implementation of processes to satisfy internal and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with gathering and/or maintaining documentation for meeting with Federal Examiners, internal and external auditors, and with clients
  • Skilled in problem solving; creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems; good business judgment
  • Work independently while setting priorities and providing regular project status and updates
  • Participate in vendor reviews as a Business Resiliency Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Major in Business Administration considered. Willing to accept additional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Business Continuity, Information Technology and Payments Industry
  • Preferred Certifications - Business Continuity or DRII
