Junior Business Analyst

Are you passionate about problem-solving and eager to build a career in business analysis? We have an incredible opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team as part of an apprenticeship program!

In this role, you’ll work towards the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, gaining invaluable experience while working closely with cross-functional teams to understand key business needs. You’ll assist in gathering requirements, supporting the delivery of digital solutions that enhance efficiency, and driving process improvements across our organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Requirements Gathering:

• Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Support business process analysis for improvement opportunities.

Digital Transformation Support:

• Collaborate with project managers and tech teams on digital solution delivery.
• Aid in developing and executing the digital transformation roadmap.
• Produce functional specifications for project development.

Data Analysis:

• Analyse data to generate insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Validate project business cases through data analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Build relationships with business units to understand goals.
• Participate in workshops to gather stakeholder feedback.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Assist with process mapping and ensure best practices are followed

Requirements

• Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop skills in business analysis.

• Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed, while also knowing when to seek guidance.

• Analytical thinking with the ability to approach problems logically and identify effective solutions.

• Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity to ensure a strong understanding of business requirements and processes.

• Interest in process improvement and an understanding of how changes can impact operations.

• Basic understanding or keen interest in IT systems and how they support business processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external teams.

• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
