Serve as a project lead for Customer Operations for the order-to-cash project
Formulate project implementation plans and manage milestones for business execution, B2B automation for order intake, etc.
Identify risks, communicate, and work on mitigation strategies and actions to achieve the project goals.
Own enhancements and maintenance of the ERP system to guide and scale Customer Operations processes.
Manage to a scrum methodology with periodic sprints on deliverables, clear communication updates, and prioritization of incoming requests from the Customer Ops team.
Review support changes to ensure they are producing the desired outcomes.
Partner closely with Global Automation Project Management, IT, and Regional Business Operations leaders to proactively drive continuous business process improvement and simplification.
Drive process improvements, harmonize data, and integration for order-to-cash execution across all business units and product segments
Ensure internal policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures are up-to-date as the business process evolves.
Provide ad-hoc reporting, analytics, and operational support to the management team.
Collaborate with Training and Enablement organizations to plan and deploy end-user training and ensure successful change management.
Serve as a key subject matter expert on complex critical business issues and processes with particular emphasis on Order to Cash systems and SOX process

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Business and Sales Operations in a high-growth technology field
Strong experience and passion in scoping, defining, documenting, and driving continuous business improvement processes
Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end
Ability to communicate the right level of information to executives and cross-functional teams
Strategic, structured problem solver
Strong analytical skills – proficient in Microsoft Office – experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup Formulas), Tableau
Aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity with a strong sense of urgency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail with a knack for organization
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written are a must for this position
