Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled and talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play the critical role of a product owner for one or more key product areas and drive the analysis, development, and testing phases of the product development cycle. Your expertise in leveraging data, analytics, research, and agile methodologies will be instrumental in creating compelling solutions.

The successful candidate will be a tenacious and ambitious self-starter with a passion for building great products.

What you will be doing:

● Gain a deep understanding of the current uMed solutions and functionalities.

● Be the agile product owner for one or more key product areas.

● Lead product requirements to enhance the current solutions and deliver new functionalities on the uMed platform.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
● Prioritise and plan user stories for implementation in each sprint.
● Work closely with the development team and guide/coordinate activities associated with the development process.
● Drive user acceptance testing.

● Produce user documentation including release notes, user guides, and training materials.
● Contribute to creating an empowered team comfortable with challenging conversations and promoting effective ways of working.
● Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up, planning, and refinement.
● Work with the VP of Product to prioritise competing demands.
● Seek to understand data flows within the platform and interactions across the business.
● Support team members in problem-solving activities to remove blockers.

Requirements

● Strong experience as a Product Manager preferably in the healthcare industry.

● Experience analysing data preferably healthcare data and creating visualisations.

● Experience working on the requirements for data integrations or data warehouses is a plus.

● Experience leveraging tools to understand user behaviour and build engaging user-facing applications.
● Understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
● Collaboration experience within cross-functional environments and with internal/external stakeholders.
● Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Excellent documentation skills within an agile/Scrum framework.

● Strong leadership skills, influencing and guiding stakeholders toward effective solutions.
● Experience working in a startup environment.
● Understanding of compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO27001 is a plus.
