Community & Relationship Manager

As the Community & Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our communication strategy across Deblock's social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing social media strategies and plans, driving the growth of our channels, and ensuring all executions align with our brand values and objectives. We're on a mission to revolutionize the FinTech industry, and your expertise will be crucial in propelling us forward. 🧠🚀

• Fluent in both French 🇫🇷 and English 🇬🇧
• Working experience in B2C community management, preferably within the FinTech, or Web3 space.
• Working experience in developing and executing CRM strategies
• Rigorous, organized, and creative.

🧑‍💻 What you’ll be working on

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage Deblock's current and potential users.
• Manage and create content for Deblock’s French social media channels, including Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Discord.
• Develop and Execute customer relationship strategies via Email or Push Notifications.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance to refine strategy and improve results.
• Collaborate with the Product team and marketing colleagues to plan social media content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and the FinTech/Web3 space.
