Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you’ll be the right hand of the Head of Finance by assisting her in managing reporting, budgeting, forecasting and controlling processes in a regulated environment.

You will lead the monthly financial closing and reporting, manage the planning and forecasting framework and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance processes.

Your speed, ability to deliver, and capacity to come up with the most elegant solutions will make you one of the pillars of our business team.

👀 What we are looking for

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Proficiency in accounting and financial modelling
• Excellent communicator and a master at stakeholder management
• Experience working for a leading bank or at another FinTech / start up desirable, but not essential

• Strong proficiency in SQL and a data driven approach
• Experience building a Financial Planning & Analysis framework in a Tech environment

🧑‍💻 What you’ll be working on

• Leading the monthly financial closing and reporting process to the founders, the investors and the regulators
• Performing gap analysis vs forecasts and realize ad-hoc strategic analyses
• Supporting the Head of Finance in defining, managing and improving the Financial Planning and Analysis framework
• Helping with the yearly or ad-hoc financial audits
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of finance systems and processes
