Text Message Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Text Message Sales Associate to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. As a Text Message Sales Associate, you will be responsible for reaching out to shoppers who have abandoned their carts, engaging them via personalized text messages on behalf of client ecommerce brands. Your goal is to encourage customers to complete their purchases by providing helpful information, answering questions, and offering incentives like discounts or promotions

Responsibilities

• Proactively send personalized text messages to customers who have left items in their
• shopping carts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, shipping, or other concerns via text.
• Offer promotional discounts or exclusive offers to encourage purchase completion.
• Track and report on interactions with customers, documenting successful recoveries.
• Maintain a friendly, customer-focused tone in all communications.
• Work closely with the different ecommerce teams to stay updated on inventory, offers,
• and product details.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills with an ability to tailor messages to customers.
• Ability to work East coast hours: 10am - 8pm ET
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or ecommerce (preferred).
• Familiarity with text-based sales tools or CRM platforms is a plus
