We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant for Finance and marketing for a prominent US-based company that is at the forefront of its industry. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing both the financial health and marketing strategies of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Interpret financial data to provide insights into business performance.
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, including marketing, inventory purchases, and other operational expenses.
• Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.

Inventory Management:

• Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover, including price adjustments for slow-moving stock.
• Collaborate with the sales team to forecast inventory needs and plan for restocking.

Marketing Strategy:

• Create and execute data-driven marketing plans to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Allocate marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend across various channels.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that aligns with brand values and targets key demographics.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and data analytics.
• General understanding of digital marketing.
• Proven experience with inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for cycling and a strong understanding of the cycling community is a plus.
