We're expanding our operations and currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Commercial team. The role will lead the company's sales efforts in the Eastern Europe and CIS regions within the Gaming market, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the gaming industry in these regions, and a proven track record of driving sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration in the Eastern Europe and CIS iGaming markets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire key clients in the Eastern Europe and CIS gaming industry, leveraging existing relationships and generating new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming operators, platforms, regulators, and industry associations, to drive long-term partnerships and business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Eastern Europe and CIS gaming markets, providing insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the iGaming industry and focused on the Eastern Europe and CIS regions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, building and leading high-performing teams, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry in Eastern Europe and CIS, including regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Willingness to travel within the Eastern Europe and CIS regions and internationally as needed.
  • Established network and relationships within the Eastern Europe and CIS gaming industries.
  • Experience working in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
