Test Engineer Lead

We are looking for a Test Engineer Lead who will:

• You will lead and provide oversight for a group of testers following project needs and coordinates testing activities with internal/external teams
• Work with Product Owner and the Project team to research and provide feedback on product and feature functionality
• Participate and mentor activities related to Agile and DevOps including planning, estimations, reviews, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and corrective actions etc.
• Be responsible for defect triage with various stakeholders and for reviewing the overall architecture of hardware, software, and networking systems by composing a highly complex test plan script, executing the tests, documenting the results and analyzing the output, root cause analysis and communicating results
• Understand the requirements, maintain test strategy and perform highly complex design and development, maintenance of the automation and manual test suites as per project needs
• Work with test and defect management tools, test automation tools and scripting languages
• Perform automated and manual test execution for functional, application, regression and integration tests
• Create, maintain, and present the test strategy
• Learn new products and existing applications

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• 7+ years of experience in software testing; design, methodologies/processes, implementation and documentation
• Experience with testing tools, test plan development, test environments and planning test plan execution
• Experience testing web services
• AWS or other cloud experience preferred
