Responsibilities :

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the training development mission through development, pilot testing, and on-going improvement of course materials, including:
• Instructor-led course study material, instructor guides, or on-line verification tests.
• Full on-line course development using Lexmark’s learning management system tools and other rich media applications.
• Definition and development of course prerequisites.
• Setting certification requirements.

The individual will work with the WW Project Management Office (PMO) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Teams, as well as with others across IT and business teams to deliver learning materials that enhance learning and transform the learners through instructor-led materials, on the job
training materials, e-learning materials, or blended learning materials.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Develop training and other performance support resource material to be used to improve performance of Lexmark organization.
• Work with Lexmark’s worldwide IT Project Management Office (PMO) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) on implementation of new procedures and process improvements.
• Coordinate new project introduction activities. This may include conducting train-the-trainer sessions.
• Coordinate with WW OCM to execute organizational change management deliverables. This includes creating materials for project sponsors, written communications, and presentations for oral communications, creation and measurement of adoption metrics, learning materials, change project enablement activities, and reinforcement deliverables.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvements to organizational change management deliverables and methodology.
• Develop and maintain positive and professional relationship with management, supervisors, subject matter experts, and those associated with IT.
• Works hand in hand with the WW Organizational Change Team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Analysts, and Project Team members.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Creative thinking ability
• Proficient in Adobe Captivate, Adobe Suite, Articulate 360, and Microsoft applications.
• Flexible and willing to work in any shift.
• Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies, project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Ability to create learner-centric, performance-driven training materials.
• Coordination with WW OCM team and Project team members for training delivery.
