The Learning and Development Design Specialist is responsible for researching, designing, and enhancing learning and development programs across the organization. This role involves collaborating with leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify training needs, develop comprehensive learning solutions, and ensure the continuous improvement of our Leadership Academies (TMU and AMU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and eLearning, with a keen ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and eLearning.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in learning and development and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
