Business Data Analyst Service

At Alfa Laval Nijmegen B.V. we develop, sell, and produce equipment for the maritime industry, to help them combat harmful emissions with our Exhaust Gas Cleaning portfolio. We also provide essential safety equipment with our Inert Gas Systems, which we have been supplying for over 50 years. About the job

This role will provide support for the Service Unit business and its processes and help to drive business transformation and improvements.

• Actively collecting and processing business/market information to improve Service for all 3 product groups.
• Setting up and maintaining a market intelligence system, which provides insight into service approach per region, motives for customers, local competition (SWOT) and pricing.
• Responsible for exchanging information and knowledge between Service Sales, Order Execution and Service Engineers regarding customers and performance.
• Analyzing department performance and suggesting improvements for work processes and service.
• Participate in internal strategic projects.
• Collaboration with Sales Service Managers and local Service offices worldwide.
• Create reports, presentations and statistics that support business management on the decision process.
• Based on the reports highlight special attention point for the business manager to take in consideration in the decision process.
• Support to management during meetings (including making presentations, preparing minutes and following up actions).
• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

• Bachelors or Master's in Business Administration or Engineering with.
• Experience in a similar function within a technical environment.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or other related to data science/analysis.
• Good communication skills.
• Good analyzing and reporting skills.
