Senior Accountant

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in accounting and finance to deliver outstanding results for our clients. You will oversee comprehensive accounting functions, providing crucial financial insight and support to help drive their business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger duties
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff
• Collaborate with clients to improve financial processes and reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses
• Stay current on accounting regulations and best practices

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior accounting or managerial role
• Industry experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, pharma, medical devices, fintech, or SaaS
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Compensation is competitive, with rates ranging from $60 to $75 per hour, depending on experience.
