Summary Job Description:
In this role you will manage the day to day operations of customer operations and sales operations departments.
You will collaborate with Revenue Accounting and business partners from Finance, Sales Operations, Claims and technical teams. Your will be responsible for managing customer reporting hierarchies, key attributes for financial reporting and accounting and for compliance purposes.
Responsibilities:
● Manage global teams and act as a coach and guide as needed for the warehouse, logistics, sales, projects and customer orders.
● Be the main liaison for internal teams and external customers and auditors.
● Analyze current processes and procedures to think outside the box with a keen eye on for efficiencies.
● Work closely with the technical team (IT) and executives to enhance processes that would benefit the company and the clients with efficiencies.
● Manager the SOX controls from end to end ensuring PBC requests are met timely and accurately.
● Mentor a team up to 4 as needed for professional growth.
Requirements
Qualifications:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in customer master manager roles and revenue/accounting roles in high tech or similar industries
● Advanced Excel skills and analytics aptitude required
● Experience in managing global offshore resources
● Experience in SAP and Oracle Cloud environments a plus
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Pay is DOE $60-$70/hr
