Non-Dilutive Capital Fundraising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Non-Dilutive Capital Fundraising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing non-dilutive funding sources to support our company's projects and growth

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential non-dilutive funding opportunities, including grants, loans, tax credits, and other subsidies
• Develop and maintain relationships with funding agencies, organizations, and other relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and submit funding applications, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and requirements
• Manage the entire funding lifecycle, including application, compliance, reporting, and optimization of funding opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand funding needs and align efforts with the company's strategic goals
• Keep up-to-date with funding trends, policies, and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• 2/3 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or financial management, with a proven track record in securing non-dilutive funding
• Strong understanding of financial principles and funding mechanisms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis and proposal writing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
