What will you do?

• Act as a key connector between the product and marketing teams, using your design expertise to translate product features and vision into compelling marketing narratives. You will leverage insights from marketing and sales to inform and shape product development, ensuring a cohesive strategy that resonates with the market.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to help shape the product vision, ensuring it aligns with user needs and market trends. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies that effectively communicate the product's value proposition.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and interactions that not only define the product experience but also highlight the product's unique selling points for marketing purposes. Your designs will support both product development and marketing storytelling.
• Organize and structure complex product information in a way that is intuitive for users and marketable for the marketing team, creating clear narratives that differentiate the product within the market.
• Present and articulate your design thinking to both product and marketing stakeholders, facilitating regular design reviews to capture feedback and iteratively improve the product and its messaging.
• Apply human-centered design methods and W3C (AA+) accessibility standards to create inclusive, industry-leading B2B banking experiences that align with both the product vision and marketing strategy.
• Contribute to and use the design system to ensure consistency across product and marketing assets, creating a unified experience that reflects the product’s value and market positioning.
• Collaborate with other designers to develop user experiences that enhance the product's appeal while also supporting the marketing team in creating campaigns that communicate these experiences effectively.
• Utilize your understanding of technical, business, and market aspects to identify opportunities for product improvement and to craft marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage design workflows in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of assets that support both product launches and marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with teams across different locations, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving to align product and marketing efforts toward a unified market strategy.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to ensure both product and marketing materials remain innovative and competitive within the industry.
• Split time on tasks above across Marketing (40%), Zafin Studio (40%), and Office of the CEO (20%).

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A portfolio or website showcasing your work in product UX/UI design, with a focus on product marketing and messaging.
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products in the banking industry, including experience aligning design with product marketing efforts.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile, end-to-end product design, emphasizing how design supports product messaging and marketing.
• 3+ years of experience working in large cross-functional teams, including product marketing and communications teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools, with the ability to create design assets that support product marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality banking products that effectively communicate the product's value to users and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating cohesive, visually appealing product experiences with attention to how design influences user perception and product positioning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once, aligning design work with marketing and messaging objectives.
• Skill in understanding and communicating design and technical trade-offs, focusing on how these decisions impact product messaging and market positioning.
• Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement, particularly in aligning design with marketing strategies.
