Grant Writer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Grant Writer to join our team. The Grant Writer will be responsible for researching, preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals to secure funding for US profit and non-profit organization’s programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grant writing processes, nonprofit fundraising, and excellent written communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:

• Grant Research: Identify potential grant opportunities by conducting research on government, private, and corporate funding sources.
• Proposal Writing: Write and submit compelling, well-researched grant proposals tailored to each funding organization’s requirements.
• Grant Management: Track and manage grant deadlines, submissions, and progress, ensuring compliance with all funder guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Collaboration: Communicate with funding agencies and foundations, answering questions and providing additional information as needed, and work closely with internal teams (program managers, finance, and leadership) to gather information for proposals and reports.
• Grant Writing Strategy: Assist in developing and refining a comprehensive grant writing strategy to meet the organization’s long-term funding goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree graduate
• At least 2 years proven experience in grant writing with a successful track record of securing funding
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Amenable to work night shift supporting US client
• Can work part-time
