Medtelligent's QA team performs a critical function in the company by ensuring that the ALIS software is ready to be deployed to production when it will be used by front line essential workers.
The core accountability of a QA individual at Medtelligent is to assess the ALIS software quality through manual testing. Each member of the team is responsible for understanding parts of the ALIS application, preparing test cases, finding and reporting bugs and glitches, and for working with engineers to verify fixes before they are released into production.
Each member of the team also participates in various types department and company goals on a quarterly basis.
The right individual for this position will be curious, will enjoy learning, investigating, and will be a good critical thinker. Ultimately this position helps ensure that ALIS is working correctly and is providing the best user experience for our clients.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands on experience with a SaaS product at a technology company including preparing test cases
- Positive attitude and good team member
- Comfortable learning new technologies necessary to perform aspects of this job (one long term example is learning Python to write load tests)
- Strong organization skills
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude with a good eye for details
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Bonuses:
- Experience leading a team of 1-5 people
- 1 to 3 years of experience in 1 or more programming languages - Python, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, React, or Node.js
- 1 to 3 years of experience in 1 or more frameworks such as ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#,.Net Framework and Entity Framework
- Experience writing automated tests
- Web-service testing experience
- Dashboard or BI related experience
