As a Marketing Program Manager at Medtelligent, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. This position requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage and maintain the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Develop messaging frameworks and positioning strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiation of products and services.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Create high-quality, compelling content across various formats including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media posts.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and analytics to track ROI and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools that support the sales process.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights and inform optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including product management, sales, and creative services to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Partner with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing programs and campaigns.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility and demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of driving results through strategic marketing planning and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
