Talent Assessment Analyst

Job Descriptions Summary:

The Talent Assessment Analyst is responsible for organizing and delivering the Assessment Center process for Business Units, ensuring timely and quality reporting, providing post-assessment feedback, and supporting administrative needs. This role also involves updating competency tools and simulations, participating in employee engagement survey projects, and following up on action plans post-survey.

Job Descriptions:

• Organize and deliver Assessment Center process for Business Units
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of assessment center reports by Assessors
• Conduct feedback sessions as post-assessment activity when needed
• Provide regular administrative support for Assessment Center needs
• Participate in updating Soft Competency frameworks, Assessment Center tools, and simulations
• Involve in end-to-end Employee Engagement Survey Projects
• Formulate and implement follow-up action plans in the business as part of post-engagement survey activities

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks
• Familiarity with competency assessment tools and simulations
• Willing to go on a business trip as needed
• Fluent in English is plus point
