What you will be doing:

You will be part of a high performing team, Investment Advisory Services located in Kaunas and responsible for applications within the Savings & Investment Tribe. Your focus will be on maintaining & developing portfolio management services connected to the Private Banking Area and supporting the whole tribe. You will work in a self-organized delivery team with great and highly skilled colleagues. The value stream team will be new in the Tribe so you will have the opportunity to be involved to build up a structure together with your new colleagues.

Your focus will be on maintaining and developing the applications using agile methods. You will be part of a team that is responsible for applications within the Portfolio Management for Private Banking. As a Full-stack developer, you will work together with an experienced team in a varied and development intensive area closely with the business colleagues we support and will be an important part of our modernization work and help to elevate our internal clients to a new level and help us on our journey to move towards a cloud-based architecture. You will build new APIs in .NET and publish them on SEB OpenShift, as well as modern web applications for our internal users, with Angular.

Our tech stack includes: .NET, C#, Angular/React, Redis, MongoDB. We utilize SEB's OpenShift solution and our DevOps flow uses both Azure solution and GitHub Actions.

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Architecture, design and develop new software products and components
• Create resilient, secure, and performant applications
• Define the best technical solution and infrastructure for new features
• Be responsible for the quality of the delivery
• Maintaining applications from a development and requirements perspective
• Have a vision on how to futureproof our systems and applications
• Use tech expertise to proactively find solutions to solve complex issues, understanding and considering the business needs

To thrive in this position, we believe you have:

• At least 3-5 years Angular work experience or similar
• At least 3-5 years .NET work experience
• At least 3-5 years working in an agile environment
• Have good skills in C#
• Have good skills in REST
• Have good skills in React
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Growth mindset, positive and collaborative attitude
• Fluency in English
• Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems

€3,500 - €5,300 a month

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
