Analyst, Franchise Sales

Job Purpose:

BTIG seeks an Analyst to join the Franchise Sales team in our New York office. The Franchise Sales Assistant will aid in building the mindshare, content, institutional and corporate relationships. This is a highly visible role with an opportunity to interface with internal leadership teams and external clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for multiple daily content pieces that are distributed to institutional clients
• Assist in outreach to institutional clients for corporate access events, including bus tours, conferences, KOL events, mgmt. roadshows, etc.
• Work closely with research analysts to understand BTIG research product across all sectors
• Assist in coverage of institutional accounts, including Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds
• Assist in cross-selling opportunities to other business lines across the firm

Requirements & Qualifications:

• B.A. degree, preferably in Finance
• 1+ years of relevant internship and/or work experience preferred
• An understanding or previous experience working within the financial services industry
• Demonstrate drive and possess a positive, personable, self-starter attitude
• Must have excellent communication, written and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while being highly detail oriented
• Basic understanding of financial modeling and interest in the markets
• Strong client service mentality
• BTIG offers competitive compensation and is required by law to include an estimate of the salary range for each role. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
• The current base salary range for this role is $85-$100k per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.
