We seek a highly skilled and expert Project/Program Specialist to join our organization as a strategic partner to the Director of Strategic University Partnership who will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing communication, and supporting the overall success of the University Partnership, DEI and Talent Pathways team. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to align with strategies, optimize processes, champion collaborator relationships, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. You will also play a crucial role in data analysis, change management, and leadership development within the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Aligning the organization's objectives and performance with the global organization and strategic objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamlining and optimizing operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Regularly report on numerous talent acquisition metrics, analyze to identify trends, and work to ensure metrics meet or exceed industry benchmarks and internal goals.
  • Enhanced Communication: Improve communication within the leadership and broader TA team, fostering transparency and providing clear messaging to create a culture of collaboration, trust, and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Solid understanding of talent acquisition processes, recruitment strategies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven attitude.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, collaborator management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR analytics tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience in a program management or similar strategic role within Talent Acquisition, University Partnerships or Human Resources.
