Your Role at Hostinger:

  • While being in the Data Analyst role you will be focusing on the fraud and abuse area. You will provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive improvements to the fraud and abuse prevention framework. You will not only drive analytical initiatives but also present findings and recommendations to the wider team and company leadership collaborating with many different teams, encouraging them to use data to install fraud and abuse process improvements and make appropriate product decisions. Develop user archetypes and build dashboards to demonstrate their usage patterns based on risk category and potential fraudulent behavior.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.).Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within fraud prevention or a cybercrime-related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong mindset towards data quality, in all stages of the product and analyses

Salary & Schedule

  • Gross salary starting from 3,500 EUR/month (depends on your experience).
  • Working hours from 09:00 am to 18:00 pm, with flexibility.
