As a Senior Insights Analyst, you are highly skilled and a strategic thinker who can link different pieces of information that best answer the business/client objective and elevate the thinking with empathy, grounded in consumer truth. You will recommend and execute the correct method to help discover the insights needed to meet the project’s objective and use creative problem-solving techniques to design multi-faceted research studies.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years consumer research experience as a supplier or a client in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experienced in designing research studies with strategically aligned research objectives and success metrics
  • Well-versed and experienced in designing and executing research studies on a broad array of insights methodologies across secondary and primary (i.e. qualitative and/or quantitative) research techniques
  • Experience executing research studies from front end, exploratory research to concept testing and product usability testing.
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Proven analytical acumen to organize and interpret data and develop insights that encourage action.
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear and compelling storylines and recommendations

Preferred

  • Experience in Data and Analytics, to analyze proprietary third party data, build data strategies, conduct data governance and partner with Data Engineering or Data Science teams to build models.
  • Master's degree or PhD in Marketing Research, Mathematics, Analytics, Human Centered Design Research, Psychology and/or User Experience
  • Experience as an Insights professional in key industries: Consumer Packaged Goods, Government, Healthcare/Medical and Industrial
