We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Quality Engineer with experience in digital systems administration. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems, while also leveraging your systems administration skills to optimize system performance, resolve technical issues, and support cross functional departments. Additional responsibilities include quality document review and approval and cross training support for the Quality team.

We expect that you have a positive mindset, able to assess the possibilities to produce more efficiently and take action on improvement ideas to do so. As a Quality Engineer, you will report to the VP Quality.

Your responsibilities include

• Dive deep into our software systems to detect bugs and inconsistencies. Your keen eye will help sharpen our edge in technology
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring every layer of our software standards up to rigorous standards.
• Work alongside cross-functional tams to decode complex system requirements and user needs, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving forward together.
• Use your systems administration superpowers to monitor and enhance system performance, solving puzzles that stand in the way of our operational excellence.
• Take charge of our quality documentation and test results, ensuring detail meets our high standards before giving your seal of approval.
